Bonjour Families!

We are excited to share that Westvale will be having a Carnaval d’hiver for students on Friday, February 10. Our Carnaval will be based on the Carnaval de Québec and students will learn about French culture and traditions through Winter outdoor play.

Please ensure that your child is sent to school with snow pants, mitts, hat and warm clothes. An extra pair of socks is also a good idea!

At the warming station, students will receive a cup of hot chocolate. If there are any dietary restrictions, please let your child’s teacher know by Wednesday, Feb. 8. We will arrange for students with dietary restrictions to receive warmed apple cider.

We thank the School Council for their support in supplying and distributing the hot chocolate.
